Meet the founder, Wizz Selvey

Before launching WIZZ&CO, I spent over 20 years in retail, including leading a multi-million-pound beauty business as Head of Buying at Selfridges.

Today I work with everyone from global retailers and household brands to ambitious founders, entrepreneurs, consultants and senior leaders looking to grow with greater confidence.

I'm an international keynote speaker and regular commentator on retail, beauty and consumer trends, with insights featured in Business of Fashion, Vogue Business, Retail Week, Drapers, Cosmetics Business, Retail Gazette, City AM and The Telegraph.

Whether you're looking to grow your business, strengthen your retail strategy, understand what's next for consumers, develop your leadership or create meaningful industry connections through events, I'd love to help.

Alongside my consultancy, I'm also Co-founder of Valerie, an award-winning women's wellness brand. Building Valerie has reinforced everything I advise clients on - from fundraising and retail launches to marketing, brand building and commercial growth. This has been cultivated by over 20 years of extensive industry experience. I’ve worked with thousands of brands, put simply I know what works and want to share my knowledge. It’s my mission to enable as many business leaders as possible to be armed with the knowledge to make the changes in their business that will make the biggest impact.

I have developed online education so more brands can learn how to build a brand and how to pitch to retailers. This enables more people to access strategies in their own time or alongside 1:1 mentoring.
